Market Lane at Prahan Markets is a coffee spot that instantly warms your heart with its welcoming atmosphere. The oat latte they serve is prepared to perfection, with just the right temperature and a skillful pour for the froth, leaving a smooth and sweet aftertaste.

Weekday mornings offer a nice and quiet setting, allowing you to relax and enjoy your coffee. Although there was some ongoing work nearby, the staff's pleasant demeanour and a laugh shared about the situation kept the ambiance intact.

Their croissants come from down the road at Baker Bleu, a delicious favourite of ours.

And if you thought it couldn't get any better, we were pleasantly surprised with a taste of Rwandan filter coffee for no reason at all! The super nice staff made us feel right at home and added a sweet touch to our coffee experience.

メルボルンで1番頻繁に通うカフェ。

オープンで風通しがいいクールな内装、定員さんのフレンドリーさ、コーヒー、クロワッサン全てが好きで、何かと立ち寄る。

ここで初めてクロワッサンを頼んだ時は鼻に広がる美味しい香りを存分に楽しんだ。

最高に美味しい。

マーケットレインコーヒーはBaker Bleuベーカリーからパンを仕入れている。

余談になるが先日Baker Bleuにも行ってみたが、ここもかっこいい内装とハードパンからペイストリー、美味しいそうなマスタードまで並べられている。

話は戻るが、

レギュラーミルクの他に用意されているのはオーツミルク。

オーツラテもオーツミルクで作った時のあの嫌な味がしない。

完璧なフォームと甘さが感じられるラテ。

マーケットレーンは教育に重点を置いたカフェ兼焙煎所。提供されている様々なシングル・オリジンの中から、好みの味や淹れ方に合ったものを探してくれる。試飲もさせてくれるそう。

バッチコーヒーを頼むと、コーヒーに産地とテイスティングノートのカードが添えられてくる。

マーケットレーンは9店舗展開 (2023/07現在)されているので他の店舗にも足を運ぶつもりだ。
