ハズバンド

Husband café in South Yarra was another one of our randomly-generated picks out-of-a-hat that turned into a wonderful morning experience.

We trekked down from home and were greeted by some of the friendliest (I’d even push to say the friendliest) greetings that we’ve had at a café yet! Definitely got the real "welcome-home-honey" vibes!

The food was very friendly too the wallet and the coffee brewed up hit the spot. We ordered the Pork and Fennel sausages, inspired by trying something out of our norm, and they were absolutely delicious.

Our stop was brief, but the warm memory of their staff and breakfast remains!

If you are one who frequents Prahan Markets, then I recommend taking the short walk east towards Husband on your next trek.

お店のドアを開けると満面の笑みで挨拶してくれた。自分が好きな席選んでコーヒータイムを楽しんでねと。とってもとっても気さくなスタッフ。

シンプルでスタイリッシュな内装。植物も吊るされていて、店内には光が注がれる。

アーモンドラテとソーセージポーク＆フェンネルソーセージを頼んだ。

メルボルンのカフェで一人分のメニューは平均で22-28ドルぐらい。(2023/07個人的感覚)

このカフェはお食事メニューが安めだ。他のカフェのメニューと比べて5ドルほど安い。

出てきたソーセージポーク＆フェンネルソーセージ。たっぷりのコールスローが付いてくる。

コールスローの上には赤玉ねぎとズッキーニのピクルスが乗っていてペロリと完食。ソーセージも美味しかった。

いいカフェはアイデアが浮かび会話が弾む。

しばし会話を楽しんだ後、このカフェを出た。

普段使いをしたくなるような、特別で安心感のあるカフェだ。
